This stunning 1950s single-story 4 bed/3 bath home is just a few blocks from ASU's campus and Mill Ave! You are surrounded by all of the hot spots in downtown Tempe and 7 minutes from Phoenix Sky-Harbor Airport. We decorated and furnished the home for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils to prepare a home-cooked meal. There’s a pull-out couch for additional guests and controlled A/C units in each room for everyone to enjoy in their own comfort. We have provided 1GB WiFi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. The unit has coined laundry, as well as a large backyard with two tables to enjoy the outdoors. The backyard space has a bocce ball court, putting green, and cornhole!
